Shipping & Returning

All goods sold from www.ACGcosplay.com are accepted exchange and refund in 7 days after you receive

1) We mainly use EMS ( internation express delivery way)  to delivery products , and it will take 4-6 days to reach you, after your order delivered , we will send you an email and tell the EMS tracking number

2) We accept fall short of measurement and badly mainly lie in quality exchanged and refund. Customer need provide proofs such as pictures that can explain the shortage.If necessary, buyer need send back the original. We will give a full refund or we will replace new ones and ship back to customers. We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.

3) Each item from www.ACGcosplay.com will be checked and taken pictures before shipment in our side , it's so sorry that we won't accept your wear out after you fitting and man-made. So please check it carefully when received.

 4) The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when you filling out the purchase forms.

 5) We major use EMS、DHL as our carrier, it will take 3-7 days to reach you. We try our best to make sure you can receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time.There also was potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control.(according to our experience, this situation would not happen often.)
